The Arts Society nationally provides children and young people with exciting opportunities to get involved in creative arts activities. Their work with young people builds a lasting enthusiasm for the arts and an awareness of arts heritage and its conservation. Young Arts opportunities are organised by individual Societies. Some Societies have on-going Young Arts Groups while others fund one-off Young Arts Projects.  The Arts Society Hungerford has chosen to fund one-off Young Arts projects in the Hungerford area.

For 2019 we are supporting Arts for Hungerford in delivering two specific events:

  • Classical Young Musicians; Two concerts at the Croft Hall, Hungerford on 20th April 2019 providing performing experience for children aged 11 to 19
  • Childrens' Festival; Theatre, drumming, storytelling, acting, costumes, mural painting for children aged 4 to 11 at the Croft Hall, Hungerford on 23rd June 2019
